At UCS we conduct an informative and rigorous admission process to make sure both the prospective student and the school are a good match for each other.
1. Eligibility
We accept applications from Chinese citizens in Grade 9 (the last year in the public middle school system) or Grade 10 (the first year in the public high school system).
We do not accept students of other nationalities.
2. Application Process
Written admission test -> Interview (for passing written test takers) -> Acceptance (for passing interview takers)
3. Admission timeline
For Semester One intake (starting mid-August), the admission cycle is open from March until mid of June.
For Semester Two intake (starting mid-February), the admission cycle is open from mid October until end of December.
